Marketing (Google Maps)
The Google Maps maps showing where the apartments are load only if you allow the “Marketing” category in the banner or with the “Load the map” button. When they load, Google may set its own cookies.
Only with consent
We do not use statistics cookies (for example, Google Analytics).
We do not use advertising cookies; the “Marketing” category is used only for the Google maps.
List of cookies
The list describes the cookies we use, their purpose and how long they remain on your device. You can find more about how we process your personal data in the Privacy Policy.
3. Consent
- On your first visit, a banner is shown with the buttons “Settings”, “Refuse” and “Accept All”.
- Until you make a choice, or if you click “Refuse”, only essential cookies are used.
- Your choice is kept for 30 days. After that, the banner is shown again.
- You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button on this page or with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
4. Cookies from embedded content
- Google Maps on the home page and on the apartment pages shows where the apartments are located. The map loads only after you consent to the “Maps” category. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- The Google reviews on the website are stored on our server as text, so Google does not set any cookies because of them.
